TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTi currently take cashapp (preferred), paypal/kofi, & zelle. all of my prices are in usd.i require payment upfront. payment plans are welcome, but i require an initial deposit before i can start working.you may request a refund if you have not received anything other than a sketch and the comission has gone past the turnaround time. otherwise, i will not issue a refund. chargebacks of any kind will result in a blacklist.

REDISTRIBUTIONdo not repost/redistribute/sell my work without permission. doing so without permission will result in a blacklist. all my work anywhere must have my credit.i will never remove my watermark if asked. attempts to remove my watermark in any way will result in a blacklist.if you are looking to make merchandise with my art or my designs or use them for commercial purposes, we must discuss the terms and my possible compensation (like a fee) for said merchandise. making products/merchandise out of my art or designs without my permission/notifying me will result in a blacklist.

ARTtracing my work is prohibited. doing so will result in a block and a blacklist if it continues.i won't stop you from feeling inspired, but copying, stealing, or heavily referencing my work or ideas will result in a block and possible blacklist. there is a difference between inspiration and copying. if you have any questions about this, you may ask.feeding my work or designs into a.i. is not permitted under any circumstances. doing so will result in a blacklist. i will also not accept commissions that use a.i. references, you will be blocked.please ask me before editing my work in any way.do not use my personal work or characters for any reason at all. you may not use my work for profile pictures, banners, stories, etc unless you commissioned/traded it from me and you own the work/gained permission from whoever owns it.

DESIGNSdo not resell my designs at a higher value than when obtained, unless there is added worth.you are free to trade/sell/redesign my designs. if you feel disconnected with a design i've made, if you are unable to re-home it or keep it, please do not delete it and send it back to me.my characters are my own and not to be used by anyone else for any purpose unless given explicit permission or it's fanart/gift art for me. this includes designs i did not originally create, as long as they are in my possession.once you own one of my designs it's your right to do what you want with it. however whoever is in custody of my designs and what they do with them does not reflect my own values, and i am permitted to distance myself from said design and person if i don't condone how you use it.do not apply your t.o.s. to my designs.scamming me out of a design i created will result in a revoking of said design and a blacklist.
